I want to sign up for a course, how do I do it?

To sign up for the Israel Tour Leader simply click on the “Enroll Now” button on the Homepage. This will lead you automatically through the sign up process and create your account and password.

In which currency are the prices shown?

The prices shown on israeltourleader.com website are quoted in US dollars (USD).

How can I pay?

In order to enroll for the Israel Tour Leader course, you can make the payment with either your Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex) via Stripe or via your PayPal account. Both options are shown on the Checkout Page.

Enrolling

How do I get my username/password?

The course system allows you to choose your own username and password upon checkout. After enrolling for the course successfully an automatic email will be sent to you with your chosen details.

How do I access my courses after enrolling?

All the courses are online and accessible via your personal myITL page. To reach the myITL page click on “Log-In” at the top of the Homepage. Upon successful Log-In you will be re-directed to the myITL page directly.

I have a discount code, how do I use it?

If you have a discount/coupon code, you must indicate it when ordering the course. There are two options to enter your discount code.

Option 1:
You can enter your discount/coupon code on the shopping cart page.

Option 2:
You can enter your discount/coupon code on the checkout page.

The code/coupon has not been applied to my order, what do I do?

If you try to apply a discount/coupon code to your order and it does not apply, please check: 

  • Terms of the code or promotion: make sure your application meets the terms of use.
  • Expiration date: in limited-time promotions, the expiration date is indicated. Remember that the time is usually expressed in Israel Standard Time, so we recommend that you check the difference with your local time to enjoy it in time.

  • Correct code: sometimes it happens that when we copy and paste, or write the code, we make a mistake. Make sure you are writing your code as we send it to you, by entering the letters, dashes and numbers correctly without any spaces in between.

Where can I edit my profile?

The Course Statistics section provides you an overview of the assigned courses and your progress.

Orders
In this section all your current and previous orders are listed.
– By clicking on “View” next to a specific order, the details of this order will be displayed.
– By clicking on “Invoice” you can download the invoice related to this order

My Addresses
This section allows you to review and, if needed, edit/add your billing/shipping addresses.

Account Details
The account details section allows you to:

  • Change/Upload a profile picture
  • Review/Change your First Name, Last Name, Display Name and Email Address
  • Change your password

I want to change my email address, how do I do it?

You can change the email associated with your Israel Tour Leader Account by:

  1. Go to myAccount
  2. Click on Account Details
  3. Change your email address
  4. Click on Save Changes

How can I change my password?

If you’ve already logged in, you can change your password directly on the Account Details page in “myAccount”.

  1. Go to “myAccount”
  2. Click on Account Details
  3. Scroll down the page to the Password Change section
  4. Change you password
  5. Click on “Save Changes”

I lost my password, how do I recover it?

To recover your lost password simply click on “Log-In” at the top of the homepage. You will be directed to the Log-In Screen from where you can use the “Lost your password?” and follow the instructions given on your screen.

 

Gift Voucher

1 extra account for free, where can I find my gift voucher?

Your “1 extra account for free” gift voucher has been sent to you via Email. If by any chance you did not receive this email or you want to re-download the voucher please follow the steps described below:

  1. Log-In by using the “Log-In” button at the top of the home page
  2. Click on “myAccount”
  3. Click on “Orders”, scroll down and lookout for the order with Status “Voucher”
  4. Click on “View” to see the details
  5. Scroll down to the PDF Coupons Section and click on the link. The voucher will download automatically.

How can the voucher be redeemed?

You can redeem your voucher by:

  1. Go to www.israeltourleader.com
  2. Click on “Enroll Now”
  3. Enter your voucher code in the “Coupon Code” field and click on “Apply Coupon”
  4. The price will be automatically adjusted
  5. Click on “Proceed to Checkout”
  6. Fill in the necessary fields
  7. Click on “Place Order”

The Course System creates your account automatically and all courses available can be found in the myITL section.
