The Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by Keshet, constitute the entire agreement between you and Keshet, concerning your participation in the ITLC and the services provided by Keshet.
The laws of the State of Israel will apply to any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Services rendered.
Any cause of action or claim you may have arising out of or related to the services must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is permanently barred.
Any right of Keshet not expressly granted herein are reserved.
Access and Use of the Service
You will be required to subscribe with ITLC in order to access and use certain features of the Service. The subscription that you purchase determines the price, scope and features of your access to the ITLC.
The registration information provided must be true, accurate, complete and current. Providing wrong or misleading information or making use of names or trademarks that are not lawfully available to you constitute a breach of the Terms.
If you are under 18 years old, you may use the Service only with the approval of your parent or guardian.
It is your responsibility to make sure your use of the Service is legal in the country where you live.
Your subscription with the ITLC is limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable. Your access to the ITLC is solely for your personal and non-commercial use. You agree not to transfer, assign, or share your subscription with anyone else.
It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials secure. You agree to notify Keshet of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security.
You are solely responsible for all activities that occur via your account, and any content uploaded through your account regardless of the type of content. You can only use the ITLC-platform for lawful purposes and are to respect the intellectual property rights of Keshet and others. You promise not to use the ITLC platform for any purpose that is unlawful, prohibited by these Terms, or any other purpose not reasonably intended by ITLC.
Keshet will do its utmost to make sure that the content of the ITLC will be accessible at all times. However, we make no guarantees as to the availability of any specific content. Access may be interrupted from time to time as a result of any reason, technical or other, within or outside the control of Keshet.
Keshet reserves the right to modify, suspend, remove or discontinue the availability of certain content on the ITLC platform without prior notice or consent. Keshet may impose limits and restrictions to the accessibility and availability of certain features.
The content of the ITLC will not be accessible upon expiration or termination of your subscription.
Pricing and payments
Access to the ITLC will only be granted upon payment of all required fees. You agree to pay the fees for content that you purchase, and you authorize us to process your means of payment. You represent and warrant Keshet that the payment information provided is true and that you are authorized to use the payment instrument.
We occasionally offer gift- and promotional codes, as well as sales promotions, during which certain content is available at discounted prices for certain period of time. Promotions expire if not used within a specific period of time. The price applicable will be the price at the time you complete your purchase, discounts cannot be claimed retroactively.
Should you become dissatisfied with the Service within the first 30 days after purchase, Keshet will refund the full amount of your purchase and subsequently terminate your access. Refunds are not available for customers 30 days after a purchase, for accounts which have violated the Terms of service or if we believe you are abusing our refund policy. Making use of promotional codes may influence your money-back-guarantee, including but not limited to the use of our ‘buy one, get one’-offer in which your money back guarantee is waived at the moment the additional free account is activated.
Each subscription will expire after one year and will not automatically renew.
Intellectual Property Rights
The ITLC platform and all associated content, rights, titles, interest and features, including the technology and software underlying the Services, are property of Keshet, our affiliates and partners, and are protected by proprietary rights and laws. Nothing gives you a right to use the ITLC name or any of Keshet’s trademarks, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features.
You may not tamper with any of the ITLC’s assets or features by means of transmitting, reproducing, sharing, lending, modifying, editing, sublicensing, transferring and any other means without prior authorization and permission. You are furthermore not allowed to engage in data gathering or digital extraction methods like scraping.
Miscellaneous legal terms
You agree to indemnify and hold Keshet and its affiliates and partners harmless from any claim or demand, due to or arising out of your behavior, your use of the Service, your violation of the Terms, or your violation of any rights of others.
Keshet makes no warranty that the Service will meet your requirements and expectations, or that intended results will be obtained, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
Keshet’s liability arising from its professional obligations, errors or omissions, are limited as such that they shall not exceed the total fees for membership and services rendered for the duration of the last year of the subscription.
Keshet will not be liable for any acts or omissions by any third party, including of users of the ITLC-platform, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions.
Furthermore, Keshet will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from the use of the ITLC-platform, whether indirect, incidental, special or consequential, in profits, goods or services, irrespective of whether the possibility of such loss or damage might have been anticipated.
